T
he considerable increase in the logistical flows in recent years and the changes pertaining to the regulations and the environment of global trade have led to the need for economic operators to develop new skills in customs and excise.
The programme covers European and international taxation, operations management and international trade law. The courses offered in customs legislation are taught in a pragmatic way by numerous guest experts from international organizations (WCO, WTO, European Commission) and from administrations and the private sector.
A sought-after and valued specialization international trade
Students will be able to advise and implement a customs compliance process throughout a company's supply chain. They will use their knowledge to approach the customs regime as a cost reduction opportunity in a global trade development strategy. Specialized in tax law, they will be adapt to new regulations and anticipate future threats.
This program is intended for professionals from the public and private sectors who wish to develop their customs expertise, as well as for students who wish to acquire it.

The Master's degree in tax law, with a focus on Customs Compliance / Douanes comprises 60 credits spread over one year and is organized according to a staggered schedule. The courses are given, mostly in the evening, at least 3 to 4 days a week.

Je suis enchanté d’avoir participé à ces cours de spécialisation. J’ai apprécié l’organisation de ces cours ainsi que la composition du corps professoral - le top des professionnels du secteur ! - apte à transmettre à ses élèves l’essentiel pour les faire devenir des experts du secteur, comme requis par le EU Customs Competency Framework . L’expérience du Brexit a démontré, une fois de plus, que la présence d’un spécialiste fiscal en orientation en douanes est nécessaire pour accélérer le processus d’importation/exportation et réduire les coûts et les risques de la conformité associés à ces opérations. Il est temps de fournir à nos entreprises des jeunes spécialistes en droit fiscal orientés vers le droit douanier communautaire !
